Cell gathering

For those who know, i'm a cell leader of a cell group in the youth side.
So on Saturday i brought all my cell guys for badminton and had late dinner after that.
What i can say is that - my cell guys rocks! =)

Ryan the Lion Junior

as im thinking how to write this post, i thought i would give a name to this keychain-ed little lion =) hehe.... it shall be called, Ryan the Lion Junior. HAHAHA!!!

this is actually 1 of my friend's key chain which was and is chain to his bag, and his name is call Ryan. Apparently i was kinda bored... so i took it and played the hair around... and for those who know i like to style hair as i love and sayang my hair at the same time. =P
i played around and i came out with this super-chun-ted hair style for it which i think so =P

an instrument...

Last Saturday, 12 July 2008, my church was having a Youth Rally event as it was one of our largest youth event. There was a band performance by "A Day At The Zoo". The event itself was held in a hall that we never had our youth service in that hall before. As i knew there was a band, i wanted the drummer to use a better drum set, not saying my drum set is the best but the range is quite high, and is comparable to my church's main century hall's drum set which is a Yamaha Stage Custom. =P

So i've to transport my drum set to church and i did it on Friday afternoon as the event is on Saturday evening.




and this is how it looks like when it into my car =) if you say a drum set is big... a Proton Iswara can fit the whole drum set. =P

took me around 20minutes to dismantle everything and move it into the car... but i took my time and did it slowly lar =P




and this is how it looks like when it was set up in the hall...


took me around nearly 1 hour to fix the drums back to position and tune them =)






right after the event... obviously i've to dismantle everything again~~~~ and move it back to my car to transport is back to my house...

as i was dismantling the drums, i was asking myself...and do i have to play such a complicated and troublesome instrument??... HAHAHA!!!!



but well~ i still love playing drums! =)

Just watched this movie yesterday and I've to say this is one-of-the best movie i ever watched. Tho its not like those exciting fighting kind of show that i usually like to watch. But seriously,... this movie's storyline is awesome! *thumbs up* =)

Frankly speaking, this week I've been forgetting things that im suppose to do. And I'm seriously!

Firstly...
Tuesday, i was suppose to follow my youth pastor, Richard, to do discipleship with my 3 cell members (Joshua, Gene Lih, and David) in the evening around 5. It totally slip off my mind until my youth pastor sms me and tell me what time he is coming to fetch me. And i went like "AH CRAP!!!" when i received that sms... and i ended didn't make it because i have many things to be completed.

p/s: Sorry Richard that i couldn't make on Tuesday. Will try to make it next week.



Secondly...
Wednesday, theres is College Student Council meeting as usual at 10:30. And as you can guess, it slipped off my mind also...until Jonathan, the president of the Student Council, reminded me the night before... and you can guess again... i went "OH CRAPPP!!!!!" yea... so i asked Jonathan to give me a lift to college and he told me he'll come at 10 plus.
but somehow, duno how, God knows... i went and set the alarm clock at 10am. And that morning i snoozed the alarm clock twice...which means 10am it rang, i snooze it...10:10am rang agan, then i snoozed it again... around 10:15, Jonathan called and said he is coming now... and i went crazy like a mad feller getting ready. And i made Jonathan waited for me =(
AND we were late for council meeting just because of me "stupidity"...
Haih...

p/s: Jonathan (the president), so sorry again.... i'll be punctual next time ='(



Thirdly...
Wednesday also, Dance class that suppose to be at 3pm. And i totally forgot about it until Su Yen mentioned about it in MSN when we were chatting the day before it (Tuesday).

p/s: Shua, I'm sorry if you're reading this and knowing that i actually forgot about the dance practice that i promise you to come. Please do remind me next time =(



Forthly...
Thursday, I am suppose to have early morning breakfast with my youth pastor, Richard, and ALSO AGAIN!!! it slipped off my mind until he smsed me the night before (Wednesday night) to let me know what time is he coming to fetch me... and as usual again, i went "CRAP!!! im forgetting so many things!!!"

Want to thank God for giving the opportunity to serve in my church youth ministry in many areas and I've been enjoying myself serving God in this church and in this ministry!

I've to say it has been a great joy being the Head of this department in my youth ministry tho there are stressful times and sleepless nights but am always happy to see what was produced at the end of the day =D and I must say appreciate serving in this department!

Life College Student Council
i think everyone in the council is nice, cool, nice to mix with...have great friendships...
nothing much to say about this but enjoy being in this council =)







My drum set
i think this is 1 of my biggest thing in my life which i've been praying for about 1 half years.
Spend total of rm4,000 for this big baby drum set... hehe...
All i can say is that I'm really blessed by God for this
tho i had to use my own bank money first...
but...
i actually got this with a good offer because it was suppose to be rm6,000
as it was a display set
and guess what...
i don't think this model is producing anymore, so called limited edition? hehe =P

is a good brand... can guarantee you that! its comparable with Yamaha...




Drum class!
I really have to say thank you for my mummy for being willingly to pay for my drum fees every single month as its not cheap...
for those who learn piano, its about the same price. and its true...
and of course have to thank God for providing the finance for my family to allow me to continue my drum classes =)
It has been tough going through all those grades but I've to say I'd improve a lot from it =)

This is like the second biggest thing in my life... 'cos it requires lots of money also~ haha!
Well, but this time i didn't pay for it... my dad did 'cos he wanted it all this while =)
or maybe God paid for it? must be.... hehehe

I don't know why, but I'm thanking God for giving me an elder sister...
tho we usually quarrel but hey, we're like good friends now as we grew up..

He was once my cell leader...
but duno somehow, God knows why and how he became my bro-in-law.
I was wondering last time when he came and visit me is because of me or my sister....hmph~~
but without doubt, Troy is definitely a good cell leader that brought me up to be a cell leader, a good servant of God... He teaches me many things... discipled me...
And he was the one that thought me how to edit videos at the first place...
see how wonderful is God's plan =)

is life really that unfair??

College~ college has been quite hectic and its kinda killing. Currently having only 3 subjects but 2 of them which are Photography and 3D Modeling are 100% coursework. I've to admit i got addicted to photography and i enjoyed it a lot tho there are assignments to pass up every week.. did many crazy stuffs with my friends... you can see the pictures below... =)

Church~ in the midst of transitioning of being the vice-chairman of the youth ministry. It sounds nice right? but i was thinking... its just the title... what it counts is the heart of the person that is serving...

Work~ am currently teaching drums as a part-time job to earn some side-money. Having 2 students at the moment. but i need more students!!! anyone interested?? =)

Drums~ as usual, still serving as a drummer in church... now im currently in Grade 5 and planing to take the exam either this year or next year =) hope so... hehe

just another day...

in college...

2day seems like Monday...maybe bcos ytd was holiday (deepavali) ...

ytd was in church from 8-1 for a seminar, den a worship prac till 330...
after tat wow!!! head off to Asia Jaya LRT station to fetch Chevonne n Eu Jin to 1Utama. Ghail(if i din spell wrongly) and En Ai were suppose to come too... mana tahu En Ai got CG in the evening and duno wat happen to Ghail. Ended up me, chevonne, eu jin, abel, andrew ee, n elizabeth watched STARDUST!!!! is STARDUST!!!
i can say tat show is not bad lar....funny, romantic, fantasy... haha!

guess wat! i got lost after i drop chevonne back home! i was lost in KL for like more than 45mins.... frankly speaking, i was kinda scared... cos there are no sign boards says PJ... KL sign boards are super duper ultra dump man! but at the end i still manage to find my way back to MidValley... haha!!! but it was quite fun....BUT i was in the car alone!!! shuld've took eu jin along if me...but if i bring him along n fetch him back after tat i know ill reach back home quite late which my parents wont b tat happy.. SO SORRY EU JIN!!! =( nx time ill bringyou along kay! promise!

oh yes!!! just finished my last assignment n presentation ytd (Friday)... ok..not last assignment... got another major 1 which is 100%/100% coursework n is due oni 2 weeks from now...so tat 1 can do day by day... hehehe =)

my presentation ytd was quite impropt2.... i last minit hav tis idea of acting as my moral teacher teaching lessons when Jonathan(college mate) is presenting his presentation...
btw Jonathan, i did listen to ur presentation kay..its very interesting =) im serious! or not i wont hav such an idea to present my presentation... hehe...
